The consequences of being an early bird or a night owl differ in respect of personal health and social effects. In a long-term point of view, an early bird can enjoy better health than a night owl. By sleeping early and getting up early, an early bird can always maintain a healthy body. A healthy body can be the source of a healthy mind.

Early birds need sleep. Really need it. Whilst the sleep they get tends to be better than what night owl’s receive, if they don’t get enough, their tails noticeably drag. This makes early birds more likely to indulge in one of my favorite things: naps. Pro: Early Birds are Healthier Overall.
